Our jobs require us to move periodically to different areas where our company has projects. We and our co-workers rely on each other to refer great realtors to make finding homes an easier experience. Sean was referred to us this way, and we have referred him to other co-workers.
We were moving 1500 miles, and Sean did a lot of legwork for us to help make our house hunting trip worth while. He has a background in home inspections and wasn't afraid to get a little dirty looking into crawlspaces with me.
Sean not only was great in helping us find our home in Kentucky in the middle of COVID, but checked in on us occasionally to see how we were doing and was quick to respond to questions of any kind even a couple of years after the purchase. We've been so happy with everything he's done that we asked him to sell our home for us when it became time to move again. He gave great advice, did a great work up, and it sold in a week.

He sold my house over market value and got me even more than asking and sold it the very first weekend it was listed. He is with the buyers/sellers every step of the way.
